In the wake of this recent wave of renewed enthusiasm regarding raising funds and taking action to make CCWM's dream of owning La Maison Congolaise also known as Congo Cultural Community Center (CCCC) come true, CCWM is organizing its first 2021 Fundraiser and outdoor event Saturday, May 8, 2021 starting at 2pm at Cabin John Regional Park in Bethesda, Maryland.

It will be a barbecue style, cook-out food sale event, that we encourage our CCWM families, couples, single brothers and sisters who can, to attend and bring along their friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers of any nationality to purchase and enjoy delicious Congolese delicacies and drinks.
This event will serve as an important starting point for our Fundraising campaign for this year 2021 for CCWM's project, La Maison Congolese.
We apologize in advance for the short notice as there was an extremely high demand for outdoor parks with very limited availability despite the fact that group reservations were just recently allowed.
It will be a fun, family-friendly event and we encourage and hope that all who are available and able will attend (even for a short time, as we will be present and selling food/drinks all afternoon).
